2010 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon

2010 produced dense, dark, powerful Bordeaux varietals in Napa Valley. Nowhere is this more evident in our lineup than in this 2010 Napa Cab, hailing from the Stagecoach Vineyard. The color is ruby to nearly black in the center, and the classic hillside site is evident in the aromas of blackberry, dark cherry, chocolate and sage with hints of black olive and bay leaf, leading to the palate of powerful fruit and huge extract levels. We think of it as Bordeaux on steroids, with an exceptionally long finish and just the right structure to balance.
