Originally from Poughkeepsie, NY, Maddy ventured to the Napa Valley in 2019 to pursue her Master’s Degree in Wine Management from the CIA in St. Helena. She had just graduated from Marist College, a neighbor of the CIA in Hyde Park, NY, which granted her the opportunity to explore her vinous and culinary curiosities. Upon arriving in Napa, Maddy knew this is where she was meant to be. She joined the RH Wine Vault in Yountville after completing her Master’s in 2020, and it was there that she was first introduced Relic. A stint at Davis Estates in Calistoga enabled her to further hone her hospitality skills until a mutual friend connected Maddy with Mike and Schatzi years later. She fell in love with the wines and their philosophy all over again. She is overjoyed to be a part of the Relic team, delivering incredible hospitality and creating unforgettable relationships, and as a former collegiate athlete, Maddy feeds her competitive edge playing bocce in St Helena.
