SHIPPING & RETURNS

We have gone to great lengths to work with the most qualified shipping companies, who offer you the best customer service at the lowest possible price. Your wine will be shipped in UPS and FedEx certified packaging to the destination you request as soon as possible following your order. This timing is dependent upon the following circumstances. Wine is only shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid your package being stored in a non-temperature controlled facility over a weekend, and wine is only shipped as temperatures along your shipping route permit. Generally, the timeframe for shipping wine is September through December and February through May, but this varies from year to year, depending on weather patterns. You will receive an email confirmation from the shipping company with your UPS or FedEx tracking number when your wine is shipped. If you have special requests or concerns, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
